We can enable a real-time map view of each employee’s location while they’re clocked in. We save 180 days of full location history for any auditing that may be required. We still save GPS points and photos of all clock-ins and clock-outs forever.

Your data lives in the cloud so it’s always safe if phones break or computers crash

This also lets you view SYNCrew from your office, home, truck, or anywhere else. All data is transmitted using the highest level of encryption available. There are also a few ways to edit and fix times if a phone dies or someone forgets to clock out. Any changes are logged, so you can always see what happened.

INSPECTIONS

Make sure you get the exact photos you need

Whether you need them for liability mitigation or quality control, detailed inspections let you lay out the specific photos you need by location to be sure you get consistent photos no matter who is on site. Assign them to individuals or leave open for anybody onsite to complete.
